Après un réveil bien trop tôt pour un dimanche, j’ai fait 1h30 de voiture pour arriver à cette jolie petite montagne Ben Aan au sud du Loch Lomond. Avec ce magnifique soleil, j’étais pleine de motivation pour arpenter les chemins que voici, parfois raides et hasardeux. Quelle satisfaction d’arriver à 300 et quelques mètres d’altitude et d’admirer cette magnifique vue. Je sais c’est pas fou, c’est d’ailleurs l’une des plus faciles randonnées dans le coin (pour ceux qui n’aiment pas trop passer du temps à grimper). J’ai eu de la chance d’avoir ce beau soleil, il est parfois parti, parfois resté mais cela m’a permis de capturer les magnifiques couleurs hivernales de l’Ecosse.
After waking up too early for a Sunday, I drove an hour and a half to Ben Aan. It's located in the South of Loch Lomond. This stunning sunshine brought me motivation to go hiking on these steep and risky paths. I know it's not the craziest hike ever, it's even one of the easiest hikes in the surroundings (for amateur people) but I was very proud of myself to go high up the 300 meters and admire the awesome view. I was very lucky with the weather; the sun came and went and I got the opportunity to capture these beautiful wintry Scottish colors.
